The cottage cheese cake (Творожный кекс)

The cottage cheese cake
  • 3 cup of a flour
  • ½ of a pack of margarine (butter) – 100 – 125 gr
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 table spoon of cognac (brandy)
  • Vanillin
  • 250 gr of cottage cheese
  • ½ cup of raisin
  • ½ cup of walnuts

Mix the margarine and flour together. Add sugar, eggs, and cognac and there is some vanillin. Mix well. Mix together cottage, walnuts, and raisins. Mix everything together. Make a loaf. Bake in oven 375 F for 50 minutes until dark brown and crispy.
